Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged.

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email our support team at team@phlexlabel.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs or duties incurred.

Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately at team@phlexlabel.com with supporting photos. We will prioritize your case.

Resale Marketplace Purchases

Refunds are not available for items purchased through the PHLEX resale marketplace. All resale transactions are between independent sellers and buyers. PHLEX Label does not mediate disputes or facilitate returns for resale items.

If an issue arises, we recommend retaining all relevant documentation and contacting your local authorities if necessary. We will cooperate with law enforcement if a formal request for information is received.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with the supporting evidence, including shipment tracking and correspondence.
