No. PHLEX auctions are reserve-free, the market decides the value.

What items can be sold on the PHLEX Resale market?
Only items purchased through PHLEX auctions are eligible for resale. “Buy Now” items cannot be resold.
Can I resell my item in the future if I change my mind?
Yes. Items purchased through PHLEX auctions or the resale market can be listed again at any time.
What decides the resale value of items?
Resale value is driven by rarity, condition, and how sought-after the original drop becomes over time. Since PHLEX pieces are never restocked, certain items naturally become harder to obtain
Is there a fee for reselling items?
When you sell an auction piece on our resale market, a small commission is taken from the final sale price. This covers secure payments, platform upkeep, and authentication. Buyers pay the winning bid only, with no extra resale fees added.
How is authenticity guaranteed on the resale market?
Only items originally purchased through PHLEX auctions can be listed for resale. Each piece is digitally verified through its purchase history, ensuring that every item on the resale market is 100% authentic and traceable.
Who handles shipping and delivery?
Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping items directly to buyers. During listing, sellers can indicate whether tracked shipping is included. If tracking is provided, they can add the tracking link so buyers can follow the delivery. PHLEX does not manage or guarantee shipping.
When are payments released?
Payment is securely held until the buyer confirms receipt. Once confirmed—or after 5 days with no issues reported the funds are released to the seller. This ensures buyers receive their items before payment is finalized and sellers are paid promptly.
How are disputes handled?
PHLEX does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. If an issue arises, users may report it to PHLEX to log the case. While we do not intervene, we retain relevant transaction data and will cooperate with law enforcement if a formal investigation is requested.
